ICS  Evaluation Preview

The purpose of  international educational credential preview (IECP) is for your personal information and preliminary assessment of your chances of getting  a job in Canada, to study or to immigrate.

General Assessment  Report

Our most popular type of report (also known as a document-by-document assessment).

The General Assessment Report describes the education completed and suggests the comparable level in Canada for each credential.  This type of report is the one most commonly required by employers and immigration officials.

Secondary School Comprehensive Assessment Report

The Secondary School Comprehensive Assessment Report describes the education completed outside Canada at a level comparable to the senior secondary school level in Canada and suggests the comparable level in Canada.  This report also provides a list of all courses/subjects completed at a level comparable to the grade 12 level in Canada with the comparable credit values and grades.

Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report

The Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report describes the postsecondary education completed, suggests the comparable level in Canada for each credential and provides a list of courses/subjects completed with both the comparable credit value and grade.

This type of report is most commonly requested by those applying to postsecondary institutions who need to provide evidence of specific postsecondary courses.

Note: If you are unsure which type of Assessment Report would be best for you, we would suggest that you request a General Assessment Report.  If you later find that you require a Secondary School or Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report, you can request an upgrade.

Secondary and Postsecondary Comprehensive Report

The Secondary and Postsecondary Comprehensive Assessment Report describes the education completed, suggests the comparable level in Canada for each credential and provides lists of senior secondary and postsecondary courses/subjects completed with the comparable credit values and grades.
