Educational documents

Indicate all of your current and past studies. Only enclose all educational documents (diplomas and transcripts) that you wish to have evaluated.

ICS reserves the right to demand supporting documents for the studies declared.

You must present the original educational documents or copies certified to be true by the educational institution you attended or by the government authorities responsible for the education received.

In the absence of these documents, ICS accepts a detailed official attestation indicating that the studies were successfully completed, issued by the educational institution you attended or by the government authorities responsible for the education received.

Make sure that all of the courses you took during each year of study are clearly indicated on your transcripts.

Secondary studies

To obtain an evaluation for completed general secondary studies, enclose only your high school diploma. For completed vocational high school studies, enclose the diploma and transcripts for each year of study. For non-completed secondary studies, enclose the official transcripts for the last two successfully completed years of study.

Post-secondary studies

To obtain an evaluation for completed post-secondary studies (technical, vocational or university), enclose all of the diplomas and transcripts for each completed year, including internships.

To obtain an evaluation for uncompleted post-secondary studies, enclose transcripts for each year of study, including internships. You may also add an official attestation from the educational institution you attended, confirming the portion of the program you successfully completed.
