As the Computer Support Technician, you will be providing assisting customers with their desktop support services both in person and remotely. Some of your key responsibilities include technical problem determination, incident resolution, providing advice and testing, recommendation and deployment of hardware and software for customers

Salary: $28.00 to $35.00 Hourly for 37 hours per week

Location: We are currently seeking Computer Support Technicians for Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

Qualifications:
• Completion of the twelfth (12th) school grade supplemented by a relevant technical computing Diploma/Certificate from a recognized Community College or Technical
• Experience diagnosing and resolving desktop and laptop computer issues, both software and hardware
• Experience with current Microsoft Windows and MAC environment, MS Office Suite functionality related issues
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate with all levels of business staff
• Strong analytical skills, with superior troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities
• Must have proven ability to plan, prioritize, schedule and execute work assignments and to work in an environment of high stress
• Candidates must be willing to be on-call (24X7) on a regular rotating basis

Experience: 3 years or more

Languages: Fluent in English
