Business incubator – Another Quebec-based organization that offers support services to entrepreneurs who aspire to create innovative businesses.
University Entrepreneurship Centre – An organization at the university level that offers coaching services to entrepreneurs.
These organization must demonstrate their capacity to support the candidate and their business project. They must showcase how their support will occur, addressing the following elements:
Proposed Support Plan – List and describe the services they offer to candidates.
Operating Plan – A thorough breakdown of the budget for the offered services and a schedule outlining all the activities that will take place.
Expertise in There Mentioned Services – The entrepreneur’s project-related skills and accomplishments.
The candidate must present their application as a business plan to Quebec.
Stream 2:-
The candidate must settle in Quebec and either create a new business or acquire an existing business to manage its operations to be eligible for a Quebec Start-up Visa.
Candidate must make a start-up and security deposit at a financial institution with an establishment in Quebec with the one they have signed a deposit agreement:
Candidate must use the start-up deposit to set up your business. The required amount is as low as CAD $200,000 if you set up your business outside the Montréal metropolitan area (CMM). A start-up deposit of CAD $300,000 is required if the business is in the CMM.
The CAD $200,000 security deposit guarantees your business plan will be executed. The deposit will be refunded once you prove your plan was carried out.
The Candidate must also have a minimum net worth of CAD $900,000, alone or with your spouse or de facto spouse, and you must demonstrate that this money has been legally acquired.
Candidate must present your project in the form of a business plan.
If you create a business, you must own and control at least 25% of its equity capital. If you acquire a business, you must own and control at least 51% of its equity capital.
Your business must not be involved in any of the following activities:
Payday loans, cheque cashing, or pawn broking.
Real estate development or real estate or insurance brokerage.
Produce, distribute or sell pornographic or sexually explicit products or services related to the sex industry, such as nude or erotic dancing, escort services, or erotic massages.

To be eligible for the Quebec Self-Employed Program, applicants must meet certain conditions that distinguish them from the Quebec Skilled Worker Program:
Come to Quebec to create your job by practicing a profession or business activities, alone or with other immigration candidates, with or without paid help.
Make a start-up deposit at a financial institution located in the region where you intend to practice your trade or profession:
At least a $25,000 start-up deposit if you intend to practice your trade or profession outside the Montréal Metropolitan Community (MMC) area.
Minimum of $50,000 start-up deposit if you intend to practice your trade or profession in the MMC (Metropolitan Area of Montreal) area.
Applicants must have a minimum combined net asset value of $100,000 with their spouse or defector spouse and provide proof of the assets’ lawful acquisition.
Have at least two years of experience as a self-employed worker in the profession or trade you intend to practice in Quebec.
