Canada Express Entry Program launched 1402 Invitations at Canada Express Entry the 14th Draw. The Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) issued 14th Draw at seventh August 2015. Express Entry 14th draw is opened according to Ministerial instructions in accordance with the section 10.3 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and will be issuing more than thousand invitations this time round. In this Draw 1402 invitations. Minimum points required 417 applicable for Canada Express Entry the 14th Draw.

Determination — number of invitations
(1) For the reasons of passage 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the quantity of invitations that may be issued during the period starting on August 7, 2015 and closure on August 8, 2015 is 1,402.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on August 7, 2015 at 21:10:39 UTC, have been appointed an aggregate (total) of 471 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as changed every once in a while, possess the rank needed to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
The most recent Express Entry draw took place during the period of August 21st. At this time, a total of 1, 523 ITAs have been issued to foreign nationals who had 456 points or more. MINISTERIAL INSTRUCTIONS RESPECTING INVITATIONS TO APPLY FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE UNDER THE EXPRESS ENTRY SYSTEM (AUGUST 21, 2015)
Determination — number of invitations
(1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1) (b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on August 21, 2015 and ending on August 22, 2015 is 1,523.
The required rank
(2) Foreign nationals who, on August 21, 2015 at 14:38:31 UTC, have been assigned a total of 456 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.
