    2. Residence permit/visa (if applicable)
    3. Maternity certificate from a doctor in your country of residence
    4. Evidence you are in good health – medical certificate issued by a doctor who has been approved by Canadian immigration authorities to do medical exams
    5. Proof of income in your country of residence
    6. Proof of sufficient funds to cover expenses in Canada
    7. Passport size digital photo

Total Package Price

$28,000 USD. In case of an extended stay at the hospital, there is an additional fee of $2,800 dollars a day if the mother requires additional monitoring and $2,600 a day if the baby requires additional care.
If any of the results indicate that additional lab test or (s) are needed to protect the safety of the patient and/or the baby, it will be necessary to order them done. Since this is not common, it would be an additional expense to the patient and is not covered under the delivery package. If you forget your tests at home or you have not had them done it will be necessary to perform the tests in Montreal, Canada. We recommend you provide us a summary of your prenatal care.
